Ingredients:

  • 2-4 fillets salmon
  • 3-4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • salt & pepper

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Spray casserole dish or baking sheet with Pam. Place salmon on a baking sheet or in a 13″ x 9″ casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake until salmon flakes with a fork, about 10-13 minutes. Whisk together lemon juice, soy sauce and honey. Pour sauce on salmon after it is completely done and out of the oven.
