I think you left 1 important item off your list. That is over scheduling and prior time commitments. For example if a podcast episode takes 4 hours to produce and post, then to post 50 podcasts in 1 year you will need to free up at least 400 hours from your schedule. This means since all of the time last year was used (I have not found a way to carry any unused hours forward), you need to identify which activities you did in 2014 that you will not do in 2015 to complete the podcasts.
