Ingredients:
- 3 sticks margarine or butter
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 3 cups sugar (2 1/2 cups)
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups cake flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1/2 teaspoon orange extract
- 1/2 butter extract
Instructions:
Cream butter and cream cheese. Add sugar gradually, cream well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour and extracts. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour and 30 minutes* in a greased and floured tube pan. Cool and remove from pan.
* Check cake after 1 hour and 15 minutes.
