• 2 1/2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 large bag of chopped broccoli.
  • butter
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 stalks chopped celery
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 large jar of cheese whiz


Cook broccoli and drain. In a melted butter, saute onion and celery.

In a large baking dish, combine sauteed onion and celery, rice, broccoli, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup and cheese whiz.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until it begins to simmer.
